PCG down to $38 again this morning. Unbelievable. This fire is on a different scale. The CEO of PCG mentioned bankruptcy in passing during last years fires, so if they are to blame, this could be bad. The counter measure the company was to implement was to cut power ahead of the fire. I guess they weren’t fast enough to implement. 115KV lines are above everything. Rarely are they an issue. It is the distribution lines that are lower that start the fires. The investment risk is pretty high here..
