Yes they overstated their capabilities to Advantis. Which basically means they lied to them about being able to complete promises. I guess regardless of why it didn’t work the end result was a pump producing no revenue and Advantis never mentioning PNTV in any PR after they caught on to the PNTV scam I’m sure.
