Well, for whatever reason, it appears the FDA will not clear at this time. It's been stated on this board an expected letter will be forthcoming to BIEL from the FDA stating the reason(s) why the clearance wasn't granted. Let's see if BIEL's CEO will pass on information to shareholders pertinent to the theoretical FDA letter. IMO, BIEL's CEO doesn't have a lot of confidence held by many that he will do the right thing and inform shareholders about anything, let alone info which deny clearance by the FDA. This person (i.e., BIEL's CEO) appears to have some quirk, some peculiarity in his character, in regards to not being transparent. Just what does that mean!?
