At least Sierra World put in their disclaimer that nothing they said should be taken seriously and it was for entertainment purposes only. The only problem with that is very few penny stock traders take the time to read.


RumorMurmursBuzz.com is just making crap up then putting in their disclaimer that

"This is a speculative blog, all post titles are strictly predictions or rumors"

That just isn't a good enough disclaimer because there is a big difference between a rumor and a baseless rumor.

I'd be willing to bet that out of the dozens of "rumors" that Rumormumurbuzz.blogspot.com announced for penny stocks that exactly 0 of the rumors ever ended up coming true (or will ever end up coming true).

Those aren't rumors. Those are spectacular lies!!

Because of their disclaimer which claims these are rumors based on actual information they received and it is inferred that the author of the lies believes the "rumors" and "predictions" that they are posting, this could be considered securities fraud especially since this person makes clear that they plan on trading the stocks they are manipulating with their lies
