The purported IFUS clone, created while one of the same ex-IFUS/SE directors was trying to collect a $244,500 ? Loan from IFUS.

That is just part of the history. Not sure how duplicating a company and its products and selling those duplicated products to IFUS' customers helped IFUS pay the loan?

I wonder what that Federal Judge would have said had she had the chance to hear the real story?
