I think legacy shareholder's ability to participate in any impending success after waiting more than a decade for a commercial product from this company is a very real and important consideration

The structure of a company at the ground floor is a very important factor in whether large funders will participate also.

It looks like they are working to ensure that new money gets a significant ownership stake while preserving a percentage for legacy shareholders but that wont really be known till they announce the structure.

From the white paper:
"XNRGI’s Scalable and Tunable Market Application Advantages
While XNRGI’s Early Adopter Program (EAP) has already built more than 600 working samples (8 billion micro-batteries) for a wide range of clients, the company is looking for high volume launch partners who can demonstrate the unique storage applications of its technology"

While the potential is there, I do not think 600 samples is high production or sales. Might even be "no sales" , tough to say.
