From what I have read and understood, it is legal for Canadian companies to include the profits from cannabis that was ready for sale prior to the legalization date (10/17) and the last video Cam took for legalization was in September, prior to these financials ending (before 9/30) in that video he showed the room where the rec cannabis was being stored and awaiting rec sales to be legal. It sounds to me as if they will include numbers from that batch but only the company can tell us that in the call at 1030 tomorrow, as to whether they did or not.
