S&L has a very strong distribution branch. One which is consistently growing.

Morning Plays was acquired this year. They are a game making company. Their value lies in the future games that they will produce which will be in house games.

As an added plus, they already have some games (not sure if 4-6) already in the works.

Also, do not forget that S&L has a lot of things which will benefit the games made by Morning Plays:

A strong distribution arm- obviously needed to sell the games

Game designer nights- These will help discover the flaws in the game, and help identify a good game from a bad game
