Wow what negative crock of carp!

1) I have read through in info available about the Yeagar case and the other side has had 2 lawyers canned and
INNV has won every motion. So why would we believe this would not get tossed?

2). Randy B graduated from Yale Law and was a Rhodes scholar and taught law. You really think he would go after UPS without having a solid case? Please he knows whAt he is doing!

3) Why would the ANDA not get issued? It is the exact formula of others on the market!

4) Remember CVS? You think CVS would even think of doing a trial if they even thought a company’s product would not sell? Doubt it. Look for something positive there!

5) Glucogorx and approval of medicare coverage! Enough said!

6) you stated no company would buy a nonprofitable company? Tesla lost over a billion last year. Think they’re worthless? My point, companies get purchased all the time based upon potential and current revenues. Point two that was a stupid comment.

7) Remember the Summer Soldier and The Sunshine Patriot by Thomas Payne?
You longs who are turning sour and it is easy to be a chearleader when times are good or whatever. Get out
out now and sell me yours for a nickel. That’s where you think its going, then sell now!
