I understand that pricing model and it works great for Walmart and bigger consumer merchandisers. They can pressure suppliers on items like cheetos and bathroom tissue where pennies might matter.
But we are talking about a potentially life saving procedure. The pricing model is completely different. You won't haggle over a few dollars. You want a treatment that works. That would be first priority.
