RF , only High LDL + High TG + low HDL prevalence was 11 M in US in 2012! (and I bet they are more now). And this is just a portion of high risk patients according to RIT profile, as you need to add also patients with diabetes or established CVD. So we are talking about tens of millions eligible patients just in US. Remains to be seen how many V will 'capture'
