In my opinion,everything you say is true about IFUS. It does matter because IFUS is not dead.

One could also add that the former board members were removed for cause.I will look up the date that shows 16 million shares were dumped on one day possibly by former board members.

In my opinion,shareholders will file suit for a breach of fiduciary responsibility and theft of corporate assets and technology as soon as existing pending lawsuit involving boot brothers documented in Broward County Court records is resolved.
