Lol. It’s selling the news, believe it or not, it’s an actual phenomenon and is a way to take profit, if you’re in for that. Folks buy the rumor, this way price is already baked in by the time it gets to the actual news, all of the day traders and those in short positions, take profits and cover. It’s quite the roller coaster, especially in a speculative market like cannabis. It will eventually settle, once actual revenues start reflecting in numbers, til then, this is the game. GLTY
