The shares outstanding has been increasing steadily and even more so in the past several months. Hopefully the 14.7 million being offered at $3.15 will be enough to fund them and stop the dam dilution, at least for now. I assume those 14.7 million are in ADDITION to the 61.9 out? So that makes ruffly 77 million that will be outstanding. I guess the gap down/price drop was for that reason and HOPEFULLY now we can go back up!
