Where did all that come from? 
There is no doubt in my mind that they will pay the cash dividend because they fully understand that they HAVE TO pay it. Unless you want to consider the possibility that they will go dark etc. yeah, anything is possible in theory.
Even if they don't have the money, they can get it from TRW. With over $50M in receivables, how hard can it be?
It would be more devastating than anything they have ever done before, if they don't pay it. For a lousy $2M. That's why they will go out of their way to pay it. IMO.
