I did missed that. Thank you.

That said, it is one person making information available that was not made public by either of the 2 entities involved in the possible action.

That makes the validity of the statement questionable. While I do not know if it is true or not, I have my doubts about any unofficial announcement made about an OTC stock, especially when the source is an investor.

Again, really hope I am wrong.
