They’re investing at least a quarter million into this upgrade, that’s no chump change to just blow around if you don’t have solid future revenue plans. Then again some might think otherwise.

When you have to close lake forest drive again that’s some serious investment.

This will take time but I don’t see why it would disrupt their limited revenue pipeline for the moment.
