Deal maker skills not primary CEO criteria, based on what I read in CC. Furthermore, Glickman's answer in the CC to analyst Ed Arce of H.C. Wainwright, puts further development of VOS as a product on the table, rather than just sale or licensing.

Further commercialization opens up more options for deals, but needs different skill set than just positioning the product assets (or company) for sale.

Doesn't mean that new CEO wouldn't need deal making skills, just that those would be one of many check boxes.

It's a good question, but I think AUPH board is looking for more.

It will be interesting to see how or if Wall Street responds to this news.
