I might add that, again as I understand it, the approximately 25% RRR does not mean simply that there were 25% fewer events in the treatment arm versus placebo, because the PE was in fact time to first event and the calculation is more complicated than a simple numeric relationship, and the actual calculation is beyond my pay grade.

Finally, credit should go to TTE and others who explained this patiently and repeatedly. I hope my understanding does not betray their explanations.
