Well, I think they tried to bypass Oslo Børs as well;



I have seen the documents. They have to be filled out well in advance of the Record Date. FINRA has a similar 10-day period before the Record Date.

Even if what you suggest is true, then they should have been alerted by the Oslo exchange, well in advance. That's why it doesn't make sense.
