The real give away that this was a P&D were the first quarter financials when they added more than a billion shares. This after a big press campaign and promises of 'big things', 'no dilution or toxic financing', etc. Oddly the company went silent right after that and has had nothing since. Think about how much loot the key players made that got paid in shares to endorse the stock and sold between 1 and 4 cents on stock that was valued in the trips when they got it... Some of us iHub investors made out with a good profit riding the wave but Starkweather and friends made an absolute killing, Boiler Room style.
