The CEO may have forgotten that once he loses in court, it is too late to settle. He (and Hop-On) were already found liable for the fraud and stealing of his customer's cash.



Considering how many hours, no days, no YEARS... The CEO has spent in court, it would seem he wouldn't forget it.... but then again.. this is Tweety Petey...

Wonder if Petey has paid any of the this judgment, money owed to his ATTORNEY that he had for years. Wonder how much the attorney hates that he ever met Peter Michaels.

Wonder if he has renewed this judgment AGAIN!...

I just looked it up.. this case was originally filed in 1999!! WOW

Just looked at it a bit more.. appears it could have been about a BK filed by Petey.... Not really sure. If I have the time, I might research more, just for the fun of it. The case log is 12 pages long!!
