As it has been discussed many times a like for like comparison of donepezil population data to parallel the A2-73 initial and longitudinal extension studies is hard to come by.

Most recent review I could find https://www.cochrane.org/CD001190/DEMENTIA_donepezil-people-dementia-due-alzheimers-disease

Doesn’t look like donepezil is much competition to A2-73 based on the small study, but longitudinal data, we have so far.
