Can someone explain to me the rationale of telling people a delisted stock in a company that is no longer in operation will somehow earn them any money? This stock which is now completely non existent by order of the SEC , without a valid Ticker Symbol, Revoked in its State of Incorporation having not filed in over 4 years (currently in tax debt of near $50,000.00) AND unavailable to be traded (as in bought or sold) anywhere in the World on ANY Market (even the grey) is anything other than complete lunacy.
Look I understand some people were badly duped and over invested in a "LOTTO play". But even a LOTTERY has a date of completion after which time the tickets that did not win are worthless. That is the true status of the Stock once known as MHYS. A company without a Ticker and removed from trading by Order of the SEC means any old stock certificates (most of which no one even has a printed copy of) are totally 100% Worthless. DON'T JUST TAKE MY WORD FOR IT. If anyone honestly doesn't understand that, please call the SEC or your personal Broker so they can help you understand that FACT.
I do not believe anyone is intentionally trying to harm anyone by providing them with false information. But to encourage people not to do all they can to recoup at least some small portion of their losses through 2018 Tax Filings does just that. Again, I encourage everyone to please contact your Broker, the SEC, a Professional CPA or even the IRS. Do not listen to anonymous posters on this or any other Board who attempt to convince you of things that are simply untrue. It's your money, and while denial is normal. It is just a phase before acceptance. Think and Act, inaction will only lead to disappointment and regret . My best to you all.
