GRLT shares have no real value and are worth less than ZERO. The company is long dead. This dead company has nothing left but debt too a toxic lender.
This was likely a Broker taking the shares of a clients hands so they could take the tax loss this year in a buck for the lot type of thing. In this case $5.25.
