I was ready to respond as soon as I read #2 but you covered that VERY well in #4. There is ZERO incentive to enter into BO talks before the conference because a leak destroys eligibility for publication in NEJM or any other similar pub, and that risk would sink everything.

Buyout, IMO, is very premature and I doubt a secondary is necessary at this point. In his interview on 9/24, when asked about raising funds, JT went right to how much money is already on hand and how certain expenses would go away because the trials are over... He seemed to be saying we have plenty of money right now.

You might also be led to believe that, if money truly is a factor, a JV or other licensing agreement could be being discussed (though without all the details on the table as of yet, that's doubtful).
