This happened. Yesterday, I found a damp Lotto 6/49 ticket on the sidewalk. It was signed with a sctratchy handwriting that was illegible and there was no phone number or address on the back. Today, I scanned it to find the happy message: "It's a winner!" The EXTRA pick won a dollar, which I used to purchase a Lotto BC/49 ticket, grand prize $2 million. Someone screwed themselves out of a dollar.
