It appears that it won’t settle. And the story is that Rory completely dismissed this lawsuit as frivolous and not worth mentioning. He was obviously wrong. He and all the L&S were completely smug about it saying it was a non factor and wouldn’t amount to anything. They said Rory is a lawyer, he won’t allow this to get anywhere. Fact is, they were all WRONG. This lawsuit IS a big deal and could very well cost the shareholders a TON of money.
