For all intent and purpose, MIKP is a private company, just like the rest of the Grey Market rabble; defacto or not.

You can easily see what the oily one did with his public company (nothing) just as he's done with his private company (nothing). The oily one likes to write fiction (see his bio) and fiction he has been writing here since inception.

He's too busy writing BS for other companies that give him a steady income to be concerned here. He's well aware that he got nailed with his hand in the cookie jar, and he's trying to avoid the Jerrod Hochstedler ruin that was sure to over take him. Hell, he even bought Jarrods' used car.
