Could be life altering settlement amount. Plus, 1 less thing 2 worry about.

Isn't the ChanBond-Cisco appeal in 2.5 months?

Agree with zw and mic.

Appeal very critical from my vantage point too. It "Basically" nails the coffin shut.

If win, things could settle sooner than expected.

And not sure if SP able to break .0199 so-captivating.

Brokers, for some reason, will not fill orders above .02 (or haven't).

And what's crazy is, buyers (& MMs still trading) are wanting shares.
