The issuer has been steadfast that they are not a "start up". They have been quite clear in press and 8-K filings about production and revenue. Which leads me to believe why the company is not audited any further. Some Subway franchisee's with multiple locations and a strong foot print with history have less sales that what Valerie and JWM claim.

Start up? Development Stage? Shell Status? Insolvent? Cash Flow Positive? Who knows, JWM and Val don't want shareholders to know.
