This notorious insolvent scam is a fraud by Mike Irving and Barry Hall. (although Hall is said to have "flipped" on Irving over the UBIA fraud uncovered by the SEC that they both were involved with. And there are Hundreds of millions of shares out there owned by scammers owned at ZERO and their Business License IS REVOKED and they haven't filed for 7 months when they showed NO SALES and millions in liabilities.
