Don’t be fooled. The reason the price went up while trading 7.5 million shares is because “insiders own at zero and are selling at any price”
Let’s examine the logical fallacy of that idea:
1. All stock sales are listed by name, amount and share price paid going all the way back to when the company was audited. It also indicates what cash was paid to the company or shares issued for services. Anyone can look in the quarterly reports and see that stock was issued at a price determined by (sometimes at a discount) to reflect the holding period for the restricted shares issued by the company. At no time were shares issued a zero cost according to the quarterly reports.
2. The price usually doesn’t go up when everyone is selling, especially “at any price”

One really should give readers a bit more credit than expecting them to accept an obviously false statement with a blatant logical flaw. Please feel free to peruse the financial reports to confirm the above.
