Correct, MHYS is no longer operational and can not be bought or sold by anyone on any Market in the World. It is OUT OF BUSINESS, CLOSED, SHUT DOWN, DEAD or whatever other word you would like to use to state with absolute certainty it is no longer in existence.
I personally feel sorry for anyone who lost money in this SCAM. But honestly, if you simply look back at the FACT MHYS failed to pay a penny to maintain it's corporate Status in Nevada since November of 2014. Failed to to file anything with the SEC since August of 2015. Failed to break even on even one of the movies with which it had less than a 10% interest. Failed to communicate with Stockholders since April of 2015. Forced even the Kramer brothers to sue MHYS CEO Daniel Grodnik to recoup a small fraction of their investment losses, and even shut down its own web presence just this year while its "CEO" joined another Production Company as just another "employee". Well, if after all that someone is shocked this thing was finally delisted and removed from the Market. Then in my humble opinion they should not be allowed in public without supervision. And be forced to allow someone else to handle even their most basic financial decisions.
I even saw someone stating something about Dan taking this Entity Private, reorganizing and coming back in the future. That's insane!! It's also illegal and has a name attached to it. It's called SECURITIES FRAUD.
But of course if anyone wishes to listen to any so-called "investor" stating MHYS has any worth. They are certainly welcome to do so. That said, anyone that contacts their own broker will be told the same cold hard truth. Their investment and every penny they put into MHYS has been lost, and the bag they are holding is totally empty. END OF STORY
