11/1/18 OS: 751,877,239, up 120.9M (19.2%) in month

LIBE's Transfer Agent, Olde Monmouth, just updated LIBE's OS (Outstanding Share) count at OTCMarkets, and as of Nov 1, 2018, it is now 751,877,239 shares. That's a 120.89M (19.2%) increase since the Oct 1, 2018 report of 631M. Since Jan 1, 2018, when the TA reported that LIBE only had 18.7M outstanding shares, the OS has risen a whopping 3,918%.

I wrote the following on Oct 12, 2018:

... because note conversions are now happening at a price of $0.00017, it is all but assured that LIBE will hit 700M sometime in October.

The next Power Up Lending note will become eligible for conversion by Nov 12, so I expect the OS to well exceed 800M, if not hit 900M, by Dec 1.
