To clear up any misinformation and/or confusion. Grodnik simply agreed to accept Stock Revocation without further litigation. His intention simply not to incur further personal expense. MHYS is no longer a valid Stock symbol, and Mr Grodnik has no intention of reviving the company. He is now involved with another Production Company (as an employed Producer) only. Any questions should be directed to the SEC if unclear on status. They will be happy to answer them. GLTA
