Maybe it's time for financials to be disclosed. There has been NOTHING put out in the way of financials for years now. Also I don't believe anyone is being an alarmist as some have said. A law suit by the gov. against a company (any company) "should" be brought to the attention of the companies shareholders or potential shareholders - it's all about DD.
