When the peer reviewed article came out, there were 12.5 million shares traded in 1 day, but the price only went up 6 cents... LP isn't going to let that happen again... after cutting the naked short's nuts off, then the price of NWBO can rise to it's 'natural' level after homerun data is announced... move to NASDAQ without reverse split... then MM's pile in and pps soars...
