It should be noted that the FDA has cleared two of BIEL's products in the recent past. So what's the holdup? The subject technology, to my knowledge, hasn't changed. So what's the reason for the delay? The FDA has cleared foreign applicants well within the specified wait time cycle. But, yet, BIEL still waits! Why? Call me a suspicious cynic but BIEL just might be the cause of this delay, intentionally! Don't know how, or why, but there is a chance they are the culprit. The reason I pose this, if BIEL would issue a suit against the FDA for their goldbricking, how could they fight and win a BIEL court challenge? IMO, They Couldn't! At the outset of this post, I stated that the FDA has already cleared two of BIEL's products, so how could they justify a rejection of a subsequent BIEL clearance application? It makes no sense the FDA would take this rout, unless something unusual is going on behind the scenes. This has been such a weird experience for so long now, it's practically impossible to even imagine a plausible explanation for what is going with this organization! Logic Has No Place Here!
