B: How is Amarin going to get out the word to cardiologists oncologists, ophthalmologists, neurologists etc. about the potential benefits of Vascapa..... the addition of 400 more reps is a good start, but IMO even more needs to be done.



That's the role of a good marketing team, a top-rate medical communications agency, and an ad agency. I'm sure they are probably supplementing their marketing team with additional experienced people, not sure if they have hired agency partners yet. I would assume yes.
