They are related to the 30 disputed documents that were submitted for the in camera review where the judge was going to decide how to handle the dispute. The judge ordered the copies to be destroyed which would make you think that he sided with Chanbond that the documents were privilege information.
It doesn't really specify that the judge ruled in Chanbond's favor. Just all of the sudden there is an order to have those documents previously submitted destroyed.
Maybe more is to come of this later.
I am confused by the 10/18 order

08/30/2018 303 ORAL ORDER: Notwithstanding what the Court said on August 9, 2018, it now thinks the better course here would be for Plaintiff to promptly produce the 30 disputed documents "In Camera" and the Court will resolve the dispute. Ordered by Judge Richard G. Andrews on 8/30/2018. (nms) (Entered: 08/30/2018)
09/04/2018 304 Letter to The Honorable Richard G. Andrews from Stephen B. Brauerman regarding In Camera Review. (Brauerman, Stephen) (Entered: 09/04/2018)

10/18/2018 322 ORAL ORDER: The documents submitted under the cover of D.I. 304 for In Camera Review have been destroyed. Ordered by Judge Richard G. Andrews on 10/18/2018. (nms) (Entered: 10/18/2018)
