Were the last 2 days selling PTK at predominantly .255 (CAD) using current exchange of .763 would equate to POETF .195 (USD) enough to call it a capitulation?

Late day volume surge to total 1,124,745 for PTK with a close at .29 (CAD) which would equate to .221 (USD) for POETF

We'll see, but I think maybe so, I really don't think POETF deserves a market capitalization of under 60 million where it was sitting at this selloff low
