BIEL usually submits two reports per quarter to OTCMarkets. One is the Pink Sheet Basic Disclosure, which includes the info that OTCMarkets requires to remain Pink Sheet Current, while the second has additional financial information, and includes info about the notes.

Finally, note that page 11 lists a $72K note issued in 1Q/18 that is eligible for conversion because it's more than 180 days old, as well as a series of notes issued in 2Q/18 that will all have been eligible for conversion by the end of December. If issued early in 2Q/18, some could be eligible now.
