Update on DWDP split-up timing: https://www.wsj.com/articles/dowduponts-bottom-line-hurt-by-higher-costs-1541068175 DowDuPont, formed last year through the merger of Dow Chemical and DuPont, is working to split itself into three different companies: one focused on agriculture, one on specialty products and a third on materials. The materials company, to be called Dow, is scheduled to be separated on April 1, 2019. The agricultural company, Corteva Agriscience, is slated to be split off on June 1. The remaining specialty products company will be called DuPont. As previously noted, I have an interest in Corteva—subject, of course, to the post-spinoff valuation.
