Hmmm. You're right. I guess I should have read the entire paragraph. Odd they mention Mediacom, but then redact the name of the newly mentioned supplier. Maybe they're trying to get those docs tossed?
I think Chanbond just hit them with everything to keep them busy while they're defending the other 3 suits, all of which take as much preparation as the case against the Delaware 13. And I think the 13, Arris and RPX are trying to get Chanbond so scattered they drop the ball.
I think it's been pretty evident for awhile now (at least a year) that defendants are trying to drag this out as long as possible and trip Chanbond up. Arris's suit is further evidence. Something tells me they knew they were out of jurisdiction and once the case is dismissed they will file in the proper court so Chanbond will just be defending their patents in perpetuity. They're just trying to distract Chanbond's attention away from the impending disaster the 13 ISPs are facing and Chanbond is stalling for time with the document overload.
