First post, I've been watching and researching this company for almost a year and started buying stock on the way down a few months ago. I've been a chef for 15 years and in my opinion this will be big. It doesn't matter if they keep the company, sell it, or license their technology it is going to make money. I work in the Park City Utah area and most restaurants won't even sell shrimp because they can't get it fresh. This would change all that, we're not even talking just taking away from the current shrimp market but pretty much adding a whole new item as well. Just my opinion though.
