As an example, in February of 2017 PMPG PR'd that it had closed the deal with Satic and that it was a done deal. Then, on January 10, 2018, 11 months later, PMPG filed an 8-K acknowledging that the alleged LOI with Satic was terminated and that there was never a closing of any deal with Satic. But, IMO, the supposed closed deal with Satic was sure hyped with a ton of BS in early 2017 in an obvious attempt to run PMPG's share price up with nothing behind it.
Given the history and track record here, why should anyone believe that the recent hype about a looming supposed mj/cannibus deal will be any different than all of the other announced and hyped supposed deals that turned out to be bogus?
