ATLANTA, Nov 01, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Silver Screen Studios, Inc. (OTCBB: SSSU), Global 1 Realty Corporation, forms venture capital private equity investment funds for acquisitions of companies, financing of investments in other entities, and files to do business as Silver Screen Holdings to reflect our new business model.
Transferal of Account to OC Securities:
Our IR Department has contacted OC Securities, www.ocsecurities.com and has confirmed they will accept all Ameritrade and all E-Trade customers who wish to transfer their accounts. OC Securities will execute all online buying and selling in our shares. There are no buying restrictions on our shares at OC Securities. The commission schedule is $9.99 for an online trade.
We confirmed a transfer will take approximately three (3) days to clear at which point the customer will be able to buy shares of SSSU.
Dividend and NOBO List:
Customers purchasing shares at OC Securities will appear on the NOBO list and will be eligible for all dividends and distributions by SSSU.
We recommend shareholders wishing to buy our shares transfer their accounts to OC Securities, they specialize in OTCBB companies.
Certificate Exchange Program:
