Please find attached below a copy of the Press Release issued in New York this morning announcing the change of name from SQTX to Graphene & Solar Technologies Ltd (GSTX),  together with the announcement of a scheduled timeframe for the filing of  the  long scheduled S-1 Registration Statement to support our US$100 million Underwriting currently in process. The company is receiving very positive feedback and increased level of interest in our entry into the world of Graphene enabling and enhancement technologies. A further confirmation of the GSTX and NanoGraphene Joint Venture  is also mentioned.

 

 Also attached is a copy of last week’s new October 2018  Shareholder&  Investor Update. We  recommend you review the last two pages of Graphene  related web  attached to the update,  to understand more about the amazing world of  the revolutionary new super material Graphene.      

 

Final acceptance of the S-1 Registration Statement by the SEC will signify the most important turning point in the history of the company.  It will  mean the end of the beginning and the final  completion and consolidation of the impeccable stable foundations we have been carefully establishing during the last 15 months since the takeover of VNGE. Completion of the S-1 will essentially open the floodgates for the company to proceed with its  long-established plans to dramatically capitalise the company and significantly stimulate the SQTX / GSTX share trading volume and price per share merger achievements.
