Why has the Electronic Vehicle Research Corp team been so quite on Prolanta?

Has Prolanta failed out of clinical stage one? Micheal T Redmin has sent Prolanta into a PR's second cohort without any updates from him or the regulatory agency monitering the testing? Why?

Why has Mike announced a cohort without announcing how many if any patients were dosed with Prolanta in the first cohort?

And since all manufacturing agreements ended 2 years ago, who is actually manufacturing Prolanta?

It's bad enough shareholders have lost 90% of there entire investment of ONCX but the lack of anything substance is down right insulting?
